  is a bold, coordinated effort designed to spur strategic action from the many regional stakeholders who care passionately about protecting the long-term future of our neighborhoods and communities. 


 
 
  LOCAL GOVERNMENT CONVENING

Several metro Atlanta jurisdictions are participating in regularly scheduled convenings to share best practices on foreclosure response, code enforcement and more.  If your jurisdiction is not participating and would like to, please contact Susan Adams at sadams@andpi.org.
  A LOOK AT NSP REGIONALLY

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is making an impact on families and neighborhoods throughout the metro region. Piece by Piece and the Atlanta Regional Commission recently completed a report on the implementation of the program in nine metro jurisdictions.

  HOUSING COUNSELING

A key function of the Piece by Piece Initiative is to bring individuals and groups together to discuss new and innovative solutions to prevent foreclosures and respond to the aftermath. We're pleased to be working with the region's most active housing counseling organizations to forge a new path for documenting and showcasing the undeniable impact and importance of housing counseling. We'll be reporting on this topic more in the near future.
